The VeSync app will frequently display "disconnected" due to the scale's power-saving feature. The scale automatically turns off 20 seconds after displaying your body metrics to conserve battery life. To reconnect, simply turn the scale back on and open the app.

There are two ways for multiple users to utilize the same smart scale:

1. Multiple VeSync Accounts: Up to 5 VeSync accounts can be paired with the smart scale at one time.

2. Shared VeSync Account: Users can create individual profiles within a single VeSync account. All users can log into the same account (via their own smartphones) without requiring others to log out.

To update the scale's firmware, follow these steps:

1. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled.
2. Power on the scale.
3. Open the VeSync app and tap the scale icon to access the device page. Wait a few seconds for Bluetooth connection - a blue Bluetooth icon will appear on the scale's display.
4. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the firmware update. Do not let the scale's display turn off during the connection or update process.
